When I applied, I wanted to be able to work when I could, which was basically 2-3 hours M-F and then minimum 5 hours every other Saturday and every Sunday (full-time job makes me need a schedule like this). If a company is constantly looking for people to work with them, take what you can get! I can edit Escription at 600-700 an hour and transcribe 325-400 lph with an average of 99.5 QA. The guy who interviewed me said he'd call the managers and they said no thanks. Seriously? Whatever. Beggers shouldn't be choosers.
