I'll answer #6 first. Yes, there are employee positions. Don't know if the rates for IC and employee are different. I'd certainly try to negotiate a higher IC rate due to the fact you are not taking any benefits and are paying all your own taxes.

#3. Somewhat. I believe you can negotiate for the hours you prefer, but don't expect to get everything you ask for. They may need you most at certain other times.
#4. No time clock. You just log in and out of platform for breaks.
#5. Not sure about proof of liability insurance, etc.
With all that said, you might as well go for employee status, as I have heard they treat their ICs pretty much like employees anyway.
