okay, so i just had my call, fairly quick and painless. 10 or 15 minutes tops. but...she told me MModal's health plans are NOT compatible with the ACA and therefore i/we might be able to apply for something less expensive....but on page 34 of the Health Benefits guide MModal sent us, it says it DOES MEET the minimum requirements.
i asked her twice....she said NOT COMPLIANT twice. what the heck?
