Wow. It is hard to believe you have to schedule a break. Every day is different, so if you want to work 3 hours and then NEED to take a potty break or just relax your eyes, you have to schedule it? How do you do that? We are not paid hourly, at least I am not, and if you are doing above and beyond your line count in your given schedule, what is the problem? Boy has this place become a hostile environment or what?
