Bottom line is crap rolls downhill, they need their jobs just like we do. They treat us the way they are told to, which is why my great boss finally had it with this place and left. Used to talk to her on the phone all the time, we had a lot of personal things in common and hit it off from the jump. Miss her, hasn't been the same since she left. I'm half way out the door, I can leave tomorrow if I want to, but realized I don't have a single thing to do all day long to keep me moving. Job hunting, but no one seems to want an over 50 that has worked from home. They don't understand the work ethic it takes to do this job.
