Never make the HDSM the reason you leave because the company needs the MT way more than they need the initial and think about how many initials have been given the boot in the past few years. All you have to do is wait it out and they will be gone. If you are doing your job to the best of your ability and passing most of your audits, you have a future with the company, and if you can stand it, you may as well get the money and benefits, stay at home and wait until you find something that is better than what you have now. Just my opinion.
