Hi all. I have been an MT for 9.5 years. I would be interested in trying to attain my CHDS for nothing less than my own interest, sense of accomplishment. I do realize it's not necessary and a financial racket and likely not to net me more pay/opportunitiies within the industry that is questionable at best; however, I would like the challenge of accomplishing this and would enjoy the study time and learning. If in any way it could help down the line, all the better. Do any of you have this? How do you attain credits toward recertification after 3 years? Any and all thoughts on this are appreciated.
