We've lost touch with "the docs". At my office I can email or call any one of the doctors I work for to make sure that something is correct. Thankfully I'm not dinged for any questions or blanks if they need to be left. I think when they put MTs on working for every Tom, Dick, and Harry that comes down the pike so you don't learn to "know" your dictators it became much more impersonal and thus took some of the accuracy away from it. I don't know how you guys do it. I would have run screaming from MT if I had to work for a service. :(
