I have done some EMR systems and it almost takes as long to put it in there as it does to type it. I would charge double (14 cents) to pay for your time doing that. You have to put different diagnoses in different spots, log on, look up the pts name, find the pt. etc. If they don't spell the name right you can't find it. Lots of time consuming things.
