If you figure in them not paying for benefits or our pay at our current level of pay compared to who will end up doing the work yet them still being compensated for the work at the same rate and the fact that most of us need jobs so we will only languish on UE for a very short amount of time (hopefully), they come out ahead.
At least that is how I figure it.
Ducks in a row to move on is a good goal, IMHO.
It's certainly not how I hoped to end my MT career but it looks inevitable at this point.
