If you don't like the office you are in, find a better one.
I would suggest taking a step forward rather than backward. If you have had three years of office billing, you can take the CPC course and move to a much better job coding.
No matter where you go, there will be someone who isn't all that great. But, you should understand that we work to earn a living, not to socialize with co-workers. We work to provide compassionate customer service regardless of what insurance people have or how obnoxious they are.
Raise your sights a bit and you might find that jobs become better. If all you aspire to is the bottom rung of the ladder, well, you need to accept what comes with it.
