So much depends on your financial situation and how much you want to make. Maybe you should try and find a different office job with nicer people to deal with.
I don't quite get the drug rep lunches thing. Is that a reason to quit because you don't get free lunches anymore? You won't be getting a free lunch from anyone if you are an MT.
