"ypT0ypN1ayp stage IIA" disease - bangle

Clinical stage IIB (T1cN1aM0), ER/PR negative, HER2/neu negative invasive poorly differentiated ductal carcinoma of the right breast. Status post radical mastectomy with the finding of "ypT0ypN1ayp stage IIA" disease. WHAT??

Cases with neoadjuvant, or primary systemic or radiation therapy may have a second stage defined from information obtained after therapy that is recorded using a yc or yp prefix (ycTNM or ypTNM; y must always be modified as yc or yp). However, these patients should also have clinical stage recorded as this is the stage used for comparative purposes. Clinical stage includes only information collected prior to the start of treatment.

ypT0ypN1a "yp" stage IIA disease. Since there is no M stage dictated, does it go with the IIA disease, so should the last yp be separated from the N1a?? There lies my confusion :)

Not sure, since it mentions that "yp" is a prefix. Here is some additional information regarding adjuvant chemotherapy - "patients had down-staging induced to yp-stage IB and yp-stage IA."
Wondering if you would type it y-Stage IIA
