Update XP Video Drivers?

I had my hardrive recently reformatted and I do not have any sound drivers. I don't know how to get them back. I have a Toshiba laptop Satellite. Anyone know anything about that? ...

I just downgraded to Windows 7 from Windows 8 on an HP computer and am having trouble getting the drivers since when I go to the HP site to try to get the drivers I have to put in the computer model, and the only drivers that come up are for what was installed in the computer at the factory (Windows 8 drivers). Okay so when I logged in this morning, I get the message to upgrade. I am currently using Vista. When I go to Docqmanage to upgrade, I get the message "The version of DocQscribe you are trying to install requires the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package SP2."
