I felt like I was being picked on and I thought I was just paranoid but it's everybody so now I don't feel so bad. I noticed the post-audits stopped when they got me out of bonus territory, too. I got a full point mark-down for missing words on a post-audit for putting "Will get..." instead of "We will get..." and out of all the reports they post-audited only 1 was in my primary, the rest were all on accounts I'm not used to and the worst dictators. I didn't even pay any attention to all the 0.25 markdowns for invalid blanks on the QC1. I can't handle it, the pay is crappy and I'll never get any bonuses again, so I put in a request to go part time and I'm going back full time to my other job. I only have 4-1/2 years until I can start to draw social security, just biding my time...

surprise whenever a high-caliber person quits...what do they expect. Never mind, we all know they want slave labor. Guess Nuance can't learn from all the lawsuits and needs to go through it themselves. Funny thing I noted...the idiot hitting the "dislike" (Nuane suit, I bet) stopped it when they got called out. They ALL know how they are abusing us - just do not care.

When I am off schedule, I refuse to answer any calls for them. I went part time and took a job full time where I am actually appreciated. Only use that crap-a$$ job to add to my retirement fund. When I hit a certain dollar amount, Nuance can kiss me where the sun don't shine.

They only require 1 year experience!! I HAVE SHOES OLDER THAN THE NEW HIRES. And the we are to get all worked up because the clint is pissed....what do they expect?? I've done everything from heart/kidney/liver/lung transplants to open head surgeries - these new hires are lucky if they can do a clinic visit for a sore throat. yeah - I know - everyone has to learn, but Nuance puts them on the same pay scale as MLS' with boat loads of experience and thinks they are being "generous" - term that was used with me. Yeah- right!

Actually comical to see where some hit the dislike button - Pretty sure they are management or do not work for Nuance. We all know how Nuance treats MTs like crap.

I couldn't wait to hit the LIKE button and couldn't hit it fast enough!!

I especially love the, "I HAVE SHOES OLDER THAN NEW HIRES" part! Oh yeah! I used to just lurk here, just filling myself in on what was probably going to happen and what could happen to me after my MTSO was sucked up by Nuance.

Here lately, things are beginning to change with my particular accounts. I'm so looking to get as far away from Nuance as possible. In fact, I'm looking to get as far away from transcription as possible. I once absolutely LOVED working, LOVED what I did, but Nuance has sucked the life out of that too, and I'm just way to tired to be a hamster in a wheel going around and around and around and getting nowhere!

Sentence dictated as "She also has a small C5/6 {s/l DISS}." He's really emphasizing the "ISS" sound. I know it would make sence for it to be disc, but the sentence sounds incomplete to me? what they offer in terms of compensation with all the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the QA/MT positions. When you read it, it sounds like the person/persons they are looking for would bring a lot of experience and talent to their company. I hear both sides. My only problem is that I have been here for 8 years and making just over half what I started at. I agree that it can be frustrating to read the complaining on this board, but there are so many that are struggling I really feel their pain.
