Struggling with quality - DFRSB

Is anyone else struggling with quality.  I just can't keep up with the 99.6 and now 99.7.  I am on my "Written Performance Management" and know I am on the chopping block.  I am honestly hoping for unemployment and going back to school.  Would be nice to know I am not alone....this is too stressful!!!!

Nothing but piddly stuff of no consequence. Remember, 2 minor inconsequential punctuation/grammar/etc. errors causes failure. Although, now that they lowered it to 99.5%, it will now take 3 minor errors to fail. Wheeeeeee

If it had been 99.5%, I would have been passing all audits.

I was put on PM in Jan. So started my 6 months of PM good behavior clock. Should have been off in 3 days, but got dinged again 2 weeks ago. So... my clock starts again. Another 6 months of waiting for the ball to drop. Yippy.

I hate the living in fear...afraid to check emails and see failed audits...my next stage is the "final." Oh boy!!!! If they fire me they will be paying for my unemployment! LOL

Shucks, I've been on PM for a year now. Nothing in the last 30+ years, now CCM's are handing out Corrective Actions like they were paper plates at a picnic. Today I got my 2nd "final." I was pretty candid with my manager, and told her I thought it would be a shame for M*M to lose me because we're now just people on paper. I just want to get the most out of my insurance and PTO before it happens, but that can't always be orchestrated perfectly. Keep heart, God never closes one door without opening another. Just remember to talk to God about your trials. He hears your groans, but He still wants you to come to Him and ask.

and the kind words!!! We are really being "bullied!" Problem is it is not helping...it is making us nervous and disheartened. You are right...people on paper. Sad thing is we know so much...and get paid so little for it. When it comes down to it I don't think it will really be easy to replace us. Who in their right mind would go to school for editing knowing how little we are paid! I do pray that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for all of us! Thanks again! :)

I ran an error report for all reports, all accounts on my platform for this quarter, 10/1 - 10/18. So far the Quality Index is 84% vs Quality Score 99.18%.  Didn't they advertise this new error scoring as working out in our favor?  Doesn't look like it to me. This is based on 2194 jobs and 105,358 lines audited on E5.  I checked the box that says view all corrections on the correction report. ...

Still Struggling With Required LPH. Sm

Have been on E5 for a year and unable maintain 186 lph. This is the first time in my 20+ years as an MT that it has been so hard to reach the required lines. Today I forced myself to sit in the chair and moved only to go to the bathroom a couple times, and a 1-minute stretch every hour (timed). Still only managed about 170 lph. Why Does It Feel If You're Struggling With LPH

As posted in a previous thread, due to over hiring, the rules for QCs have been changed and we are being closely monitored to be sure we have our LPH at the right level.  Why does it seem that, if you are struggling with that and doing all you can just to keep above the cutting point, that all of a sudden your email is FULL of Fiesa errors?   I HATE Fiesa with a passion.  I see those emails and just want to throw my hands up and quit.  I am already on edge with worrying ...

slowly sinking here because my quality has always been 98-100 quality, years and years. Now, however, I am expected to maintain 99% quality, on a hideously difficult account, but I must also maintain my LPH. In other words, I have to listen to reports on the fastest speed I can to get my LPH yet maintain some form of quality. The reports go to QA who in turn listen at the slowest possible speed to give errors for not including 'the' and mind you this cannot even be heard unless you ...

Just got an email about getting a new quality coach.  This, of course, answers my question of why no emails for the past week from her.  I hope she didn't lose her job.  She was a really good coach, the best one I've had in the last 7 years, and wasn't one who corrected little things like punctuation in audits or things that made no difference in the report integrity.  She is one I will miss.  I only hope the new one is also with a strong QA ...

I'm trying to troubleshoot something.  Does anyone else have sound-quality issues on DSG dictations?  Just curious if I should seriously have this looked at on my end.  It's not all reports, but enough so that I need to look into it one way or the other.  If I'm the only one, I'll hire someone to look into this.  I have no problems with audio otherwise, just work-wise. ...
