and you'll see the results of unhappy Healthcare Documentation Specialists <eye roll>. Quality? What's that? Show me the money. The only way to get that with this company is getting through the report as fast as possible. Who will spend time on researching when all they get is hand slapped for inactive time and lack of lines? I bet Shaw makes millions each year while some of us are eeking out minimum wage, barely able to feed our families and pay our bills. Next to go is decent insurance. Wait and see.

YES, THEY DID CUT OUR PAY TOO. The tiers are gone. I am a tier 3, work 3rd shift, my base pay was .085 per line. I would get shift differential starting at 6 pm, and then another starting at midnight. Basically typed jobs after midnight I was making .095 per line. I lost some of my PTO, too. They just added probably 2 million dollars/year to their pockets. MOTHERFLICKERS. No incentive is staying here any longer, not like it is any better elsewhere. Its too bad they are all money-hungry.

I'm a newer employee of 4 months and STILL trying to meet my full time status by making $900 a pay period. I really don't want to work more than 40 hours a week to do this.
