Is MModal email down? Am I supposed to be - using a new one now? idk

I honestly did not read those past emails we got on "My Community". Did we change over to a new system that I did not bother to read about, or is it just down this morning?

I don't use the intranet email anymore. I use the new email system through windows live email and also the new webmail system on my other mmodal computers that I have.

mine's not down, but extremely slow....took about 3 minutes to delete each piece of junk and pull up each message.

Is that in the intranet email? - buddymt

It is not slow in the new windows live mail and the new webmail. That is why they changed because the intranet mail was so slow.

I found out - now-it is ok

I called support, and I got the nicest lady (what a surprise, they're usually not) and she said to log out, log back in, and only click on "my community" ONCE and then wait. She also said you can use any of the email systems, you don't have to use only the new one, so I'll do that later.

I have been offered a new job, aka escape route out of MModal. Everything about the new job makes me happy EXCEPT the high premiums for their insurance plans. Can we really believe the email from a couple days ago promising that our premiums for 2014 would stay the same as they were in 2013???? What's the catch? Is it an outright lie? ...

There is extremely loud static, so much so that we cannot even hear the dictator except for maybe 1 or 2 words in a paragraph? Do we abandon the job or send it to QA or.....??
