Why on earth are we getting a new account? Anyone with half a brain would know that if your employees are on mandatory OT because we cannot get the work done during normal working hours you do NOT add another account. I guess it is mandatory OT until infinity now. No hope of getting off it any time soon. Way to ruin another week just as it gets started MModal

They are getting just what they deserve and that is nothing in return for treating their MTs like dirt beneath their feet.

I have never done one minute of OT and don't intend to. I hope they do sink and all of us can move on and away from this horrible place.

"liked" the latest quality update, our customers are counting on us to give accurate reports; we're counting on doctors who know how to speak English and how to speak clearly and not slur their words a mile a minute and quality audio files without muffled voices or terrible background noise. Don't see that happening any time soon.

Boy or boy, do they know how to spin something. I just can't believe some of the stuff they send to us, acting like they care so much about their clients, while treating us like gum on their shoe!

How much does MM really think their employees can take? I think it is becoming obvious that MTs are jumping ship and no one is applying to work for them because of their bad reputation.

So send out your pep rally e-mails, your bogus prizes, etc. When you pay us fairly, treat us fairly, etc., then you will see results and not be in the mess your are in now, and for those POD mistresses', get rid of them or let them transcribe like the MTs who are the ones making money for this company.

We were starving for work these past few weeks and now TransTech is hiring 10 more MTs? This is really starting to tick me off! To the suits at TT who read the board: Please stop hiring more MTs! So I get this report, a LONG REPORT. I type it, I download it, and it is sent off and I get the next job. I start typing away and in 2 minutes I get this error message stating you will lose this file or something and boom, everything goes away and I am out of the system. I am supposed to be typing during my shift. Very interesting article-- I just wish the MTSOs would read it. They expect the MTs to sit for 8 solid hours pounding away like robots and even track "inactivity time" on your computer if you stop for a minute or two. They have an ad on this site hiring at 8 cents and 3 cents for straight typing and editing. But, on another site, they have an ad for the same exact thing but the pay is 7 cents for straight typing and 2.5 cents for editing! Are you kidding?!?!?!?! Why do I find it hard to believe that they would actually give a shift diff for ANYTHING. They are in the business of reducing/cutting/taking AWAY not giving, especially if they really don't need to. Does anyone here actually get a CMT differential or know that there is one? Do you think it is actually worth it? I just picked up a good side job transcribing for a cardiology group in my community and it's projected to last only until they go to EMR..the move isn't happening too quickly...are there penalties if they don't move to EMR? Anybody enjoying the mandatory overtime. Yea funny how we are on mandatory overtime and then get an email that states that if you run out of work, you are required to email them and flex your time and can only make it up after 5 p.m. So again, you are required to check for your work throughout the day and if there is no work, sorry for your luck and if you want to be "lucky" enough to be employed w/ Nuance, you will then have to sign in and work on your off shift to make up your hour ...

Email received said basically,,,time sheet must be approved, make sure you have the required amount of time or PTO will be added to make up missing and you will need to re-approve it..I dont want to take PTO, I didnt run out of work, THEY DID..I put in my remedy ticket release without pay..How do they get away with that? ...
