Anyone else experiencing slow to stop in DQS today

I just came on shift and the system is sluggish, taking forever to download jobs and to switch between screens for ADT. As if that wasn't delightful enough, I just got the dreaded "unable to provide further audio" on the only decent-length job I've had, and I was actually able to hear it just fine. I broke it just to be on the safe side - I'm not going to do a job if I'm not sure of getting credit for it. Is anybody else dealing with ...

I got knocked out of Docuscribe today. First the screen fades and then just get knocked out and have to fill out one of those reports for the techs. Did anyone else have problems today? This is so frustrating. Plus DocuM is so slow lately. What is going on? ...

I notice some mentioned Verizon down below. Also noticed a post about Comcast a few days ago about having issues. Downloading the reports are too slow this morning. Had issues last night too. Even have issues getting into MQCentral and trying to email support. Also slow getting into MTStars and other websites. The green bar below, when getting on a website, displays almost a full green bar, but seems to get stuck right at the end. Anyone else having issues ...

I work for an MTSO and am distressed because I really need the work/money (I know, who doesn't - hah). I can understand it being slow in the winter with all the bad weather, but I'm not sure what's causing it right now. If I ask, they just say they don't have anything for me now. MQ has made big changes to my primary account. Now things are all messed up and because of it, we have to re-enter redundant information in the ADT screen. For example, it says ADT Attending and ADT Admitting with the doc's names. Those aren't carrying over to the report now, for some reason, so we have to re-enter those docs names in the additional ADT field under attending and admitting. Last night I did two fairly long duplex studies where the doctor says "use my standard" with a lot of "move this, take that out, insert this..." Not difficult, but time consuming. When I went in to look at my line count after my shift, I got a total of 20 lines for the two reports, or 16.48 cents! What gives with this? Did I miss the memo, or did they just not tell us? Next week they'll be asking us to pay them when we actually get work. :o( ...
