Anyone currently work for or recently just left ExecuScribe have information they would be willing to share about how they pay? I am curious about the statement they have on their web site. How do they handle down times (no work, computer/internet not working, etc) to “ensure…federal guidelines with regards to minimum wage and over-time laws”? I am new at Nuance - started in Nov. I am beginning to get frustrated though cause I just can't seem to meet the minimum line counts with VR or typing. Please, someone tell me it's not just me .... I am not asking if you are happy. I haven't been happy being an MT for years. I just want to be able to pay my bills, have an income and pay my bills. Ever since we been taken over by Nuance, and I've had to type my main account on the native platform, I can't seem to pick up line counts no matter how fast or how hard I try. It's very frustrating.
