definition of work week for KS. . . . . - help please

would anyone out there happen to know how Keystrokes defines a work week? Does it start on Sun and go thru Sat or start on Mon and end Sun. (I have been offered a position and would be curious as to the above). Thanks!!!

We get paid on the 1st and 15th of each month. The first pay period of the month begins on the 1st and runs through the 15th and then the next pay period starts on the 16th and runs through the last day of the month. We have an extra day in the pay period when a month has 31 days as opposed to 30. As for how they define a work week, that depends on the account. Some accounts are only Monday-Friday and others go 7 days a week. Some accounts will require you to have a set schedule that you work and others accounts are flex schedules. It's best to ask your lead or coordinator. Hope that helps some.

asking was the way they outline the work week. I know some companies have a Sun - Thurs or Tues - Sat schedule and was wondering how Keystrokes defines a 40-hour work week (my apologies I should have been a little bit clearert). Your info was very helpful, yes and thank you for that, but I was really looking at what a 40-hour week is considered. Thank you!!

It depends on what account you are on, the 40-hour work week is specific to each account, not by company. For example, I have a flexible account and just have to have my work done in TAT, so that 40-hour work week can't be defined specifically. Other accounts, have set hours and set schedules.
