Webmedx buyout,low work - smt

I do not believe there is a buyout, but maybe these facts can shed some light. Take a look at the com pg at the 3rd shift or which ever shift is working around 2 or 3 AM. Lots of work in lots of accounts, but almost all gone when the regular day shift comes on in the morning. 

As I recall some time back Webmedx was hiring MTs for their so-called SWAT team and it was for those late night shifts. I believe the job was advertised as $19.00 per hour for outside (new hires) and as I recall for existing MTs that were interested it was your average production plus a 10% add on bonus just to have the title of  SWAT team employee. Requirements were you would work all accounts,work what seemed to be part second and part third shift (in the middle), and must be able to do QA.  Isn't that pay pretty darn good pay for QA?  Thus it would behoove the company to make sure there is a lot of MT'g work available during the SWAT people's shifts. In the mean time, those of us who have been on the day time shift for years, that have taken multiple accounts for years, and endured salary cuts are now being pushed out of work during the day to benefit the SWAT team at night.

Now the question is, are they holding on to the work for the SWAT team at night to prevent having to pay them $19 an hour for QA, and to make sure they stay on until this supposed fabulous account shows up in 4 months or so.

I further believe that the ONE person who keeps trying their best to calm down the troops on MTSTARS could most likely shed more light on this subject if they wanted to.  This person is none other than JOE FRIDAY...."just the facts MAM." Why is Webmedx doing this to their regular MTs that work day shift?!??  And by the way Joe Friday, how's the weather in that evergreen state? ;)
