Any specifics -- pay, respect, PTO, flexibility, OT ??

Transcend QA - QAqueen

Pay is competitive, good PTO, benefits, LOTS of opportunity for OT right now if you want it. Been treated great. As far as flexibility depends on your ROM...but usually will let you split shift, make it up, etc., if accounts aren't in the weeds bad. Must clear at least 70 reports a day.....respected more if you clear more than that. It has been the best place I've worked for a long time. One of the openings I know they have right now, the one for night shift is under a ROM who is awesome.

"Respected" more...?? What a joke - as if

Former Transcend QA here. The company does not give a LICK about quality. Just crank those jobs out of QA and you get big kudos. Don't bother with feedback to any MTs because it will cut into your production. MANY Transcend QA people clock out and work OT just to get that quota done. Don't make your quota and you certainly can expect a demotion to MT. Oh, and btw Transcend QA Queen, there are those who know how to manipulate the system to show they have done much more than they really have...
