They were the first big one to start that kind of mess, reports coming in from a whole bunch of different accounts willy-nilly, with no account prioritization.
I luckily missed out on that there (though had worked there for years earlier), but that whole idea filtered on down to other MTSOs that I worked at later. 
Every time I turn around now, every single change is a negative one that impacts my productivity and accuracy negatively, never the opposite. It's uncanny.
