Phone interview tomorrow - ss Posted: Aug 14th, 2018 - 3:21 pm
Haven't worked in house in years and the fact that I am over 65 makes me nervous. Phone interview should go okay, face to face it will be impossible not to notice I am not a spring chicken anymore. Have no idea what the pay scale or hours are, so we shall see.
All the changes with VDI and the fact that almost all of our MT jobs are IC now and at a reduced rate have given me the guts to get out of my comfort zone and apply.
After all, all they can do is say that they found another candidate that better fit the position, right? They can't just say "You are too old hoochie". Lol.
