AHD is so worried about the almighty precious turn-around time but they neglect to give that same level of worry to making sure their MTs doing that exact work have the work they are supposed to be getting. Always there for AHD when they need you, but turn the stone around and AHD is not there for the MT. I am seriously thinking of getting an office job and never looking back at transcription again, ever. I want to give the quality to a company that cares about the person giving it. Never thought I would say that about AHD but there it is.
