She used to be so nice and then she changed. She is very prickly, like a cactus, and going to her for any questions or help is a painful experience so I don't even bother. It's obvious she hates her job now too and that makes me sad. I blame the regional healthcare system for poisoning everything about this once-great company and it's people.
