You did the exact right thing. Years ago, back when MT was a profession, you would have been praised for your judgement. Now that no one gives a hoot in Hell about patient safety and profit rules, you are punished. Stupid, dimwit supervisors are running the zoo.
I am an RN as well as an MT, and I would never, ever, ever assume that Aderpine was Amlodipine. There are new drugs every day for crying out loud
What to do about your supervisor?? I would not quit because she is a moron. Do the QA crap and someday in the future put a dead fish down her radiator or in her ceiling!
