It is extremely easy to get your lines. They are calculated on a 50 character line with spaces. Also, you are typically put on one center, sometimes 2, and you get the same doctors over and over. I have a lot of canned text, which does take a while to build up, but once you do, a few hours a day is all you need.
I think this job is the closest thing to the old fashioned way of doing things in transcription that you can find. No voice rec at all, 100% typing. M-F schedule. Proper pay (almost triple time) for working holidays. Plenty of work. Left alone to get your job done. Good benefits. Every fall you get an employee appreciation gift. You get a Christmas bonus. Usually if you work the day after Thanksgiving you get a $100 bonus for the day. You are valued as an important part of the healthcare team. I can't say enough good things about them.
