you should see what they are doing to their long-time employees at their home office. Similar to what corporations have done to MT (and other professions) - Pay cuts, PTO cuts, store closings, lay-offs, and my friend who works at Sam's Club home office said they are bringing in Indians to train for her job. She has been there 15+ years.
