Oh they are the worst. Start looking for another job, you will despise them. Sure, they'll pay a guarantee for about 2 months. Then they start trying to get rid of anyone who is used to actually making some money. They will rip you off in every possible way and you will have practically no benefits. And your hospital, meanwhile, has managed to get rid of you all without any kind of severance package, because they made such a nice deal to keep you employed by Nuance. -- Been there, done that in Oklahoma City.
