at your hospital you might want to mention to them that soon all of their dictation will be done in India...bet they don't know that. Anyway, while you may have a job for a while, it will soon go away. I was with a company that was bought out. First it was the original managers that disappeared without explanation (although from private emails it seemed it was because they refused to toe the Nuance line) and then slowly but surely all of the original MTs. It took approximately 10 months for this to happen. I held out until they fired me for insubordination (told my TSM exactly what I thought of her and the HR wretch). I've never been so proud!
