I was afraid of that. We have used escription for years. We have no other choice, this or we resign. I am in school but have a year or two until I am done. We supposedly have six months and we get our account that switched and a back up but after six we are under Nuance fabulous pay scale. The PL and scale looks like crap personally and the insurance is a joke. I will work for a few months until I get my CNA and a different job. I appreciate all the feedback. Keep it coming so I can show the coworkers.
