I would type troponin x 2 0.01 but your account specifications may require something different

I sometimes have dictators (especially residents and PAs) say "troponin one" and then the value. I always thought they were just reading it off the lab sheet and meant "troponin I" (as in troponin "eye"...LOL, not sure how to make that clear that that's a letter "I"). But if your dictator goes on to say "troponin number 2," then it does sound more like they're giving a follow-up value (i.e., a second test of the troponin). If that's the case, I might just make it consistent: "troponin #1 0.01, troponin #2 0.01." That's kind of hard to read that way, though, isn't it.

Hmmmm, you ask a good question--I have 20 years of MT experience, and I'm not sure quite how I would type that! Probably best to ask your manager or QA person (or whoever you check with on things like that).

This is a tough one. Paging the doctor might be the most definitive way of finding out just what they meant with this sentence. I don't remember that I've ever heard it dictated quite this way, but then even after 20 years, I'm sure I still haven't heard everything! :-)
