All-type - I know

I know that I asked before but never got a response, although many read my post. Anyone working now, or ever worked for All-Type? Need good and bad. The last archive I saw was for September 2009. Was offered a job, and now nothing. Is this familiar?

I worked for them for 2 months about 3 years ago. When I signed the contract, I was told that I needed to do X amount of lines between X and X hours. So, I figured that as long as I do my lines between these times, I would be safe. I was then told that NO, I needed to be on the computer waiting for the work and doing the work as they come in. When I applied for the job I specifically stated that I cannot be on a schedule as it doesn't fit my current schedule. So, I gave my notice as it wasn't working out and it was too hard to rearrange my schedule to fit them in. They gave me a very rude email back stating that they could not believe I didn't think this was a scheduled position as it was clearly stated, which it was not. The email was very sarcastic, rude, and B****y. I was told that I would be IC, but have never heard of an IC having a set schedule. IC with line requirements between certain hours, yes I have heard of that.

So, although I have no experience with what you are looking for with regards to getting offered a job and now nothing, this is what I have got to say about them - Very rude!

I used to make about 1300 lines a day on my primary account shortly after I started with them. After about 6 months of working for them, the work on my account started drying up. This was right around the time they were transitioning all accounts to DEP and preparing for ASR (of course they didn't tell us we'd be going to ASR at 3.5 cents a line!!!). After repeated emails regarding low work and asking for a secondary account, which went totally ignored FOR MONTHS, they finally gave me a secondary account that was so bad they couldn't keep it staffed. I struggled and struggled with it until I could just about break even between my primary and my secondary with the daily line quota to qualify for full-time. Then all of a sudden, they start filling my queue with nothing but work on my secondary account while sending my primary account work overseas every night. When I asked why they were sending the work overseas, I was told because they couldn't let it go out of TAT overnight. Huh????!!!?!? Why didn't they just leave me on my primary account?? Here's their answer: Because they were short staffed on my secondary account and since I had asked for a secondary account I HAD TO WORK where they put me or have no secondary account. So, I decided to take another part-time job as an IC and told them that I no longer wanted a secondary account and that my primary would be just fine. I said I would be working 5 hours a day as an IC. They gave me scheduled days and said they needed a daily 5-hour schedule. I told them that IC doesn't work like that and they more or less told me that if I wanted a job with them it does work like that. So I quit.
