I do a podiatry account and very often when using a local anesthetic, they use "quarter percent Marcaine plain." Do I spell out quarter percent or should I be using .25% instead?

[ In Reply To ..]In my experience, it is ALWAYS typed as 0.25%, 0.5%, etc. Never written. Hope this helps. Oh, sometimes they use whatever% marcaine with epi. Epi is epinephrine and should be spelled out.
