Physician dictates:
"She was seen for pelvic pain and was noted to have probable physiologic sosompoth ovaries. She is still having menstrual cycles. She also was noted to have a 9 mm fibroid."
I tried to spell the word I am having trouble finding like it sounds. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Don't know what I would do without you all!!!
