I have a witness talking about a viral component he got while on a cruise. He calls it Minoltra Bartlett Syndrome (phonetic). I'm pretty sure he is saying Barlett Syndrome but having trouble with the spelling and what he is talking about. Any suggestions? Thank you! ...
