Gynecological term - siren

Hi Horski, here is the sentence:
Flow to the ovary is present but the ultrasound is showing a ___ (03:20) plump ovary."
S/l comminus
Just a guess - travelinMT

Could he be saying an ominous plump ovary? Is the patient young? Ovaries in younger women are plump due to the fact that they are full of eggs. As women age the ovaries shrink and contain less eggs thus are not as "plump".
