Sentence: knees, positive (for) sciatic, both. But it sounds like (dorsciatic), both. The right is particularly bad, it is extremely loose. The left is also is quite loose, perhaps not as bad as the right.

the word cannot be sciatic - because

sciatic refers to pain from compression of nerves in the discs of the back.

perhaps arthritic or osteoarthritic would fit the sentence regarding the knees.
