New on me psych report..discussed FMLA issues and s/l FOID issues

On a psych consultation the doctors says what sounds like "full psy-A" indicates a high level of obsessiveness. I researched this heavily for an acronym that would match that study and did not find it. I finally decided he was speaking in a clipped manner for "full psychoanalysis". What do you think?
