I have used Instant Text almost from the beginning Version 1 is a long way from their present Version 7.20 which has just been released. A great program with lots of updates and the ability to not have to replace an entire program with each upgrade. You can get a free 30 day trial on their website at Textware Solutions. Memorization is almost nil and the ability to pull phrases from reports that you have typed and saved creates even quicker completions for your sentences and reports equaling more money in your pocket. I hope that you will give it a try. I speak from a long, long history of being an MT.

Use of Instant Text increased my production 60%. It does take time to build your glossary but it's an investment that pays great dividends. Love it, and the technical support is terrific.

I have Sylvan Software's Shortcut program, which I have had for 4 years now. Lately, it has been screwing up on me. When I do something like add a letter in editing, such as an a, it will put in an expansion as if I typed a two-letter abbreviation, like ua for urinalysis, or aa for aortic aneurysm.
