Hot keys for Play, pause in DocQScribe

Hi, Anyone work for Medict in Florida. I will be on DocQScribe accounts. Do you like it. Any pros/cons. Anyone know on the DocQScribe system if you can start and stop the voice file by a keystroke. No footpedal available at the moment so transcribing by keystroke to stop and play voice file. Thanks for any information. ...

How would the doctors like it if every patient they saw paused for over a minute between words? Then they complain when we are out of TAT. Can they comprehend that for all the hours MTs are left sitting at their desks not producing because they are waiting and waiting for the next word to finally ooze from the dictator's mouths, they are delaying TAT for that report? I can load it into the dock, but it says there are 0 minutes of dictation. If I play it on Windows Media, it says I need a codec. I don't know what that is. If I right click the file, I see it has 2 minutes of dictation on it. Why won't it play? I've tried opening it in several other places, and it just won't work. This is the free version. What happened?? With my own accounts I've worked for 100 different doctors and every single one used the pause as a standard courtesy. Today - not ONE single dictator uses it, yet some still keep saying "sorry" when they have more than 10 seconds of dead air time. Do the dictators now consist of a new generation of rudeness or did they "forget" to include a "PAUSE" command in the programs??? ...
