Working over 8 hour schedule

Are there any VR companies (Escription preferably) that will allow you to work based on reaching a line count, not on an 8 hour window? ...

What constitutes missing scheduled shifts? I thought it was 3 days - now told its 2? I had internet connection problems and we all know how that is!! I called and LM on supv VM but she apparently SAYS she didnt get it and apparently now they have to answer to the "HIGHER UP SUITS" on why her direct reports did't work their shifts. She didn't even address the days I couldn't work -- it was all about clocking out 15 min. early weeks earlier -- really??? ...
