So what is up with the stat-nts IM address we have? - sometimestheresometimesnot

Anyone ever notice that everytime the NTS-Stat address comes into your IM list that work gets screwy? I mean, why have this address at all since we never use this person or address for anything? Seems fishy to me that if you delete it, "it" knows to reappear on your IM list in, like, 20 seconds automatically.

I know, several of you will revert to calling me paranoid. Please don't waste your breath.

I'm just trying to figure out why and how the "monkey-business" with report types and who gets what when is handled on the Nuance end of things, and "they" don't like to reveal their secret machinations.

One time I sent an email to it and it came back "replied to" by my COM instead of from her own Nuance email address. Who is this address and why do we have it when we do not use it?

one of those "group" addresses? Like when you are part of a certain group to do certain things, they send the mail from NTS Stat? Dunno. Just guessing.

Okay, the potential explaination is plausible but does not explain why it is in my IM box but I did not add it, re-appears automatically when I delete it, and never explained its appearance nor its usefulness to me. This HD/Stat-nts IM address that I have never used, never even told what it is used for. There has never been any communication coming from that address to me, either. Won't even answer the questions I have posed to it. If it is utilized as a portal to anyone or anything in MY workday, I should have this information, should I not? SOMETIMESITISTHERESOMETIMESITISNOT.

Anyone else get driven nuts by dictators who STAT everything? There a group of about 3 doctors who work in the urgent care for the clinic I primarily type on and they STAT the great majority of their reports. What's weird is that they don't make them all STAT, just the majority of them.
