How much is expected to change once Transcend

Is any one else getting the feeling that no one cares about us at Transcend? No one ever says thank you anymore unless it is one of those "oh, hum, guess maybe we better toss the whole crew a bone" type things. I go to the "examples" in repository and every one is formatted differently for the same work type by the same dictator. Not to mention what is probably "standard text" are all different as well. Then you have QA who mark you wrong for things one way, then you change it (against your better judgement) and do it their way, only to be marked wrong again. I started a new client for an MTSO recently. One ESL dictator's H&Ps are so out of order they require a ton of reformatting. This is the order he dictated: History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Chief Complaint, Plan, PE, Review of Systems, Assessment/Plan. The template has to have formatting changed (bold headings and point size), the guy is very difficult to understand, does not use proper grammar and needs most sentences restructured.
