Cheap, cheap, cheap. You should pay your peeps.
You could tell the clients NTS cannot keep up with work because people are jumping ship like rats from a hot fire.
Perhaps management (upper, way upper I mean) could explain instead of the TLs having to do it, that they needed so much money to take to the bank they had to cut the pay of all their employees, now they have green, not as speedy, uninitiated MTs doing the work. Most of the good ones have fled the scene.
And here's another rant: Someone posted on this or the company board that India MTs had to only have 75% accuracy, I responded that I was outraged, and seems that post has been removed.
My friend's Masters Degree college student remarked if that was true, that was racial discrimination. (US MTs having to have 99% for same work as others making 75% to clarify). I am still outraged just thinking about it.
I despise Nuance, its company policies and the greed. Furthermore, if you want help on nights/weekends, perhaps you should offer 9-cents per line (for quality and quantity work). Just my opinion, but I wouldn't (and don't) offer to help them out without a decent incentive.
Rah, Rah, feeling better now, thanks.
