I did the calculations (lines done divided by lines sent to QA x 100) and I came in over 10%. in Word 2003. I just reformatted about a month ago and have been fighting with this issue since then. Every time I go into a new report, I have to recheck it but it doesn't always mean it will hold throughout the whole report. This is SOOOO annoying.
