Fiesa reviewer number - ..

I seem to always have the same reviewer name on my FIESA feedback. Has anyone else noticed that when you check the reviewer HRID to the report, it's a different number?!? There is no way a reviewer has different HRID numbers. It was stated before that you could run a trending report that shows the reviewer's office. Does anyone know how to do that? I can't seem to figure it out.

Is there anything they do that is transparent, straight-forward, and honest?

I Think you are looking at the QA supervisor name. - Maybe?

I did that when Fiesa first started. the HRID # is different but the supervisor (TM= team manager?) name is after that. Or I may be totally not answering your question.

When you run a Fiesa report, check the "select all" box. That shows the names. That's for Correct Report area. To see the office names and locations, in FOE report, scroll down and all of the options are below the green line. Choose everything you want to see.

I just checked everything under the Shore Type, Audit Type and everything under the Green bar at the bottom. (You can always revert back to the original settings). All of my reports are: Post Audit= India. QC1 (sent for blanks) = USA. Different QA/QC names come up. OH..I also went back a couple months. However, certain names come up more often, especially from India.

doesn't matter to you, the MT will fix it. So what it takes MY time, so what it throws me off when I'm half way through the report and realize I may have it wrong and have to leave the screen, relisten to the beginning of the dictation, and change it..What do you care doc? you make a crap ton more money than I do, so obviously your time is more important.. ...

I've been curious for some time what the "Reviewer Display Name" listed in FIESA really tell us about who is reviewing our work. For instance, I've heard if you have US in the name, so like "Jane Doe NTS-US" as the Reviewer Display Name, that would mean that the reviewer was in fact in the US and worked for Nuance. I think there are probably ones that are reviewed by offshore, but I'm not sure how they appear. But what about other things in their names. So, what ...

Something new I have noticed about several different companies is how they give you a set limit of reports when first starting out...Anyway, we are paid based on production. How is someone supposed to live on say 10 reports a day for 2 weeks? To me, I find that to be very insulting, and needing to pay my bills, it's just not something I could do.
